Step 1: Prior to the registration event, complete the Online Registration here:
https://www.bwdsb.on.ca/families_community/online_student_registration
Step 2: Book a 15-minute appointment to bring in documentation and sign the registration paperwork.

Step 3:
On the day of your 15-minute appointment, bring the following documents:
-Proof of Birth, one of the following: Birth Certificate, Passport, Certificate of Live Birth
-Immunization records or Affidavit for non-immunization
-Proof of Address, one of the following: Utility Bill, Purchase, Rent/Lease agreement or Property Tax Bill
Please note: Both Parents Signatures are required on the Registration Form. When a child does not reside with both parents, please provide one of the following:
-Custodial Agreement (if applicable)
-Long Form Birth Certificate indicating only one parent’s name
